RESERVATION PROCESS

In order to reserve, please contact either Adrian or James through the contact numbers listed above. They will then check the availability of your preferred unit(s) on your chosen date(s).

If your preferred unit is available, they will then make a pencil booking under your name. You need to make a down payment of P2000 per unit to confirm your reservation. Your reservation will not be secure unless you have made the necessary down payment through bank deposit.

IMPORTANT:

Kindly inform Adrian or James via text message once you have made the deposit. And please do not forget to bring the deposit slip on the day of your stay at Pina Colina and endorse it to our staff.

Please do not make any deposit to the bank account above if you haven’t yet contacted and finalized your reservations with either Adrian or James.

Directions (if using public transportation)

Via Aguinaldo Highway

1. From Manila, take a bus (Baclaran, Cubao, Pasay, etc.) going to Tagaytay Rotunda/Olivarez via Aguinaldo Highway.

2. From Tagaytay Rotunda / Olivarez, take a jeepney going to City Market in the corner of Calamba Road and Sta. Rosa Highway. (Or from Tagaytay Rotunda / Olivarez, you can already take a tricycle directly to Pina Colina Resort. The tricycle fare is around P60.)

3. From the City Market, take a tricycle going to Pina Colina which is about 5-8 minutes away.

Via Sta. Rosa Highway

1. From Metropoint in Alabang, take a bus going to Tagaytay via Sta. Rosa Highway. Along SLEX, the bus will take the Sta. Rosa exit.

2. Along Sta. Rosa Highway, get off at Tagaytay Haven Hotel along Ulat road. There is a big green signage with a waiting shed on the corner of Sta. Rosa Highway and Ulat road.

3. Near the waiting shed, take a tricycle going to Piña Colina resort which is about two minutes away.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that cancellations less than 7 days before the expected arrival date will be subject to the forfeiture of the Php 2,000 reservation fee. We would be happy to rebook your stay should you cancel more than 7 days before your expected arrival date. Rebooking is subject to unit availability.

Directions (if using a private vehicle)

Via SLEX

1. From SLEX, take the Sta. Rosa exit.

2. After the toll booths, turn right going to Tagaytay.

3. Along Sta. Rosa Highway, slow down after you pass Ming's Garden.

4. When you see the big, green Tagaytay Haven Hotel signage, turn right on the road just before the signage. There is a waiting shed on the corner.

5. After turning on this road (Ulat road), go straight until you hit a road on the left. Turn left on this road. It's an uphill climb going to Piña Colina resort which is on the left side.

Via Aguinaldo Highway

1. From Manila, take the Coastal Road going to Tagaytay via Aguinaldo Highway.

2. When you reach the Tagaytay Rotunda near Olivarez, turn left going to Picnic Grove, Tagaytay Highlands or People's Park.

3. Along that road, when you hit the traffic light with Tagaytay Econo Hotel on the right / Tagaytay ridge side, turn left on Sta. Rosa Highway.

4. When you see the big, green Tagaytay Haven Hotel signage, turn left on the road just after the signage with a waiting shed on the corner.

5. Go straight on this road until you hit the first road on the left. Turn left on this road. It's an uphill climb going to Piña Colina resort which is on the left side.
