HOUSE RULES

1. CHECK-IN time at PIÑA COLINA is at 2PM. CHECK-OUT time is at 12 noon.

2. The published RATES are inclusive of entrance fees and 12% VAT. Guests who exceed the maximum capacity per accommodation will be charged an additional fee. Please check the Accommodations section for exact fee.

3. BREAKFAST maybe served upon request for the price of P150 per person. Please inform any of our staff ahead of time if you want to avail of our breakfast.

4. Guests may use the KITCHENETTE for some light cooking for an additional 10% of the price of the unit. Please make sure that the stove is TURNED OFF properly after each use. Barbeque grills are also available.

5. NO SMOKING inside the units.

6. Please refrain from bringing utensils, appliances and furnishings outside of the casitas, lofts or studios. Any MISSING ITEM shall be charged to the guest.

7. Guests may use the SWIMMING POOL FREE OF CHARGE from 6AM until 10PM unless other arrangements have already been made.

8. The elevated JACUZZI maybe availed at the rate of P1200 per hour. It can accommodate up to a maximum of ten people. P800 will be charged for each additional hour or part thereof. Please make your reservations at the reception.

9. Guests may rent our FUNCTION ROOMS. Our Small Function Room (maximum of 30 people) costs P3000 for four hours. The Big Function Room (maximum of 60 people) costs P6000 for four hours. There is an overtime fee of P500 for each additional hour.

10. Guests who are checked-in are free to use our PICNIC HUTS (kubo) near the swimming pool area without any charge.

11. CORKAGE FEE is charged for alcohol brought in: P5 per bottle of beer and P40 per bottle for other kinds of alcohol (wine, rum, whisky, vodka, tequila, liqueur, etc.)

12. May we request that we keep the NOISE LEVEL to a minimum after 10PM. Guests are advised to respect the privacy, comfort and peace of other guests.

13. PIÑA COLINA is an eco-friendly establishment. Please help us CONSERVE ENERGY by switching off lights that are not being used and ensuring that all water faucets are turned off properly after each use. Please notify any of our staff for any malfunctions (ie. sink, faucet, shower, toilet bowl, lights, outlets, etc).

14. Please SECURE ALL YOUR VALUABLES at all times. Management is not responsible for any loss or theft during your stay at PIÑA COLINA.
